The Hamlet Roof Standards
The Hamlet has new roof standards, approved by the Reston Design Review Board, effective May 2020. Please read the information below carefully!
Homeowners must bring their roof into compliance with the current Hamlet Roof Standards at such time their roof is replaced for any reason. Current roofs in good condition are not required to be replaced to meet the new standards.
The following roofing products & colors are permitted on any Hamlet Cluster townhome. See the manufacturer’s brochure or website for product details and colors. You must use a product and color approved by DRB and listed below!

Colors: Charcoal, Autumn Brown or Slate
