Dues Information
For 2024 the Hamlet monthly dues are $138.00 per month. Homeowners should have received a coupon book in December 2023. The coupon book provides instructions for submitting payment monthly by check and/or using your bank’s bill pay system.
You can also enroll in TWC Management’s SmartStreet recurring payment system. You can enroll by downloading and sending this form to TWC.
Hamlet Dues Pay For:
- Maintenance of current cluster assets
- Funding reserves for future major expenses
- Funding improvements to cluster common property
- Trash and recycling services
- Snow treatment and removal services
- Landscaping including mowing of front yards
