Board of Directors
General Information
We are governed by a five member elected board of directors who meet monthly. The board is responsible for overall management of the cluster, oversight of the management company, financial decisions & contracts, and other long term decisions. Day-to-day management of cluster contractors and billing is handled by our management company.
Board Meetings
Scheduled meetings are every month. Currently we meet on the last Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. via ZOOM. Additional meetings are held throughout the year as needed. Check the calendar for the most up-to-date information
Management
We are professionally managed by TWC Management located in Herndon Virginia. TWC is the primary contact for day-to-day issues and questions.
