No Trash Service Monday Jan. 14th

Due to the snow storm, we will not have trash service on Monday January 14th. Please bring trash put at the curb back to your back yard to avoid having it picked apart by wildlife. The next pickup is our regular Thursday service. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Parking Policy Update

The Board deferred discussion of parking policy updates at the last meeting. We continue to gather information and will consider changes at a later date. We will notify members of our progress before any changes are implemented.

Tree Maintenance Notice

The Hamlet Cluster will be conducting tree maintenance this winter, pending DRB approval. This work includes removal of dead or decaying trees in common ground areas.  You can view a summary of upcoming work and full tree policies on the Hamlet Trees page.

Members Approves New Bylaws

The Hamlet Cluster officially adopted a new set of bylaws at our meeting on May 8, 2018. The new bylaws provide a modern structure for the rules that guide association governance. The new bylaws will be posted soon.
